Fancy something different? For a change of ambience and to plunge into the atmosphere of a “Bodéga” from Madrid head on over to the "Caves Saint-Gilles," an authentic Spanish bistro located in the Marais district of Paris, between Bastille and République, near the famous Place des Vosges.
The Caves Saint-Gilles, one of the first Tapas bars in Paris, first opened its doors in 1992 and has been welcoming visitors 7 days a week ever since.
With it’s traditional tiled walls and colourful Spanish posters, the Caves Saint-Gilles has a large bar where in true Spanish bistro style you can enjoy the “Sangria de la casa” or sample some of the many Spanish wines on offer whilst waiting for your table, or simply enjoy an aperitif.
