Take a seat at a table, or enjoy your tapas at the bar :
The Caves Saint Gilles propose a wide selection of hot and cold tapas, in very generous servings: large variety of fish, squid, cuttlefish, prawns, fresh vegetables, steaks, marinated meat or chicken skewers, all grilled “Plancha” style. The cold meats are imported directly from Salamanca in Spain : Iberian “Négra Pata” ham and chorizo. Paella is served at weekends. A wide range of mouthwatering desserts are on offer : Spanish ice cream, turron (Spanish nougat), Catalan cream, rice pudding, pears in wine, honey cream, soft chocolate cake, fresh daily tart or fresh pineapple. |
